My favorite no-cook meal: I'm lebanese, so I make my family's classic salad recipe—lemon, oil, cucumber, tomatoes, lots and lots of garlic, salt/pepper. Then i buy a roast chicken, cut it up, and throw it in. It tastes better than most cooked meals I prepare. Completely refreshing/light.
